We’re looking for an exceptional Backend Tech Lead to join our growing R&D team at Mitiga.

Mitiga’s core development team is based in Tel-Aviv. The team is comprised of highly experienced security experts, business leaders, and tech leaders, working closely with global teams and clients.
We are looking for a talented Backend Tech lead who is ready to join our exciting journey changing the cyber-security breach readiness and response market.
As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for building Mitiga's cutting-edge solutions while working with a broad range of technologies, disciplines, and cyber-defense-related applications. You will have a chance to contribute to the company's evolving culture, bring innovative approaches, and learn from your talented colleagues.
What you Bring:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in backend development
- Expertise in Node.js and TypeScript
- A passion for mentoring and helping colleagues grow
- Commitment to code quality, testing, and performance optimization
- Proven architecture and design skills with experience across various technologies
- Deep expertise in at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Experience working with databases such as MongoDB and SQL
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
It Would Be Nice If You Also Had:
- Prior experience in the cyber security realm
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and frameworks
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
